Your data

One Dot keeps your mood history on your devices. If you enable iCloud for One Dot, Apple syncs it through your private iCloud database. We cannot see it.

You can export your mood history from Settings inside the app. One Dot has no account, analytics, advertising, or third-party data sharing.

A note about medical care

One Dot is a personal tracking tool. It is not a diagnostic device or a substitute for professional care.
